REFUNDS POLICY

We do not refund if you simply changed your mind if you misused the product or service in a way that contributed to the problem.


We do not refund but will gladly exchange for another item of equal value within 14 days of sale. Any jewellery that has been personalised, worn, altered or resized will not be exchanged.

All packaging must be in “as new condition” if returned, including any and all free gifts, bonus items etc

We want you to love wearing your pieces as much as we love making them.

We pride ourselves on our workmanship and offer a 6 month warranty. Our warranty excludes coverage due to wear and tear and/or negligence.
Any repairs or work not done by Theia & Selene will void this warranty. This warranty does not cover loss, accidental breakage and general wear and tear.

Return Address:
For all returns via postage, please get in touch with us at theiaselenecustomerservice@gmail.com to obtain an RA Number. This must be written on the outside of your mailer.
Please ship with signature on delivery and tracking information in order to ensure your repair arrives safely.

Gift Voucher/Gift Certificate is non transferable, non transferable for cash, will not be replaced if lost or stolen, can only be used once with the unique code. 

Discounts and Rewards are subject to the offer available, and the timeframe stated if any, promotional items will/can have a limit if stated. 

Any item won during a promotion cannot be exchanged or refunded.
